近年来,为降低生产成本并提高生产效率,先进制造工艺得到快速发展。在热塑性复合材料领域,这一趋势表现为多种先进制造工艺的耦合应用。本研究重点关注自动纤维铺放(AFP)工艺与冲压成形工艺的耦合。传统方法通过压力固化等固化工艺获得完全固化的复合材料坯料。近期研究开始探索采用自动纤维铺放固化工艺,以减少制造时间并利用单向纤维材料。然而,AFP与冲压成形的耦合工艺只有在优化过程参数、实现坯料部分固化(而非完全固化)的条件下才具有实际意义,这样可进一步缩短制造周期。本研究通过分析快速制造工艺所施加的热历史来评估坯料特性。通过改变工艺参数制备一系列坯料,在微观尺度上研究工艺参数的影响规律。采用光学显微镜和图像处理技术观察界面行为,并对工艺过程进行统计学分析,建立材料微观特征与输入参数的关联关系。研究结果为后续冲压成形工艺的优化提供指导。
