虽然热固性基体复合材料的自动纤维铺放(AFP)技术在航空工业中应用广泛,但关于粘结界面形成过程的物理模型与AFP工艺中预浸料层间实际粘结强度之间的关系研究仍缺乏定论。现有研究虽积累了大量预浸料初粘性数据,但工程师难以将其作为选择工艺参数的决定性依据。本研究基于爬虫模型和粘弹性力学模型,建立了预浸料铺放物理模型,将粘结界面形成过程分为扩散阶段和粘性阶段两个阶段。通过特殊设计的高速铺放实验平台进行了铺放-剥离实验,模拟了实际AFP工艺参数,获得了不同铺放压力下铺放速度与剥离能量的对数曲线。对数曲线的斜率和剥离后样品表面形貌证实了所建模型的正确性。实验数据表明,预浸料剥离时,在100~200 mm/s的铺放速度范围内发生了从内聚破坏模式向界面破坏模式的转变。这些结果可为选择AFP工艺参数提供参考,以实现良好粘结质量与相邻预浸料层无损分离之间的平衡。
