自动纤维铺放(AFP)技术制造复合材料结构需要详细、严格且耗时的工艺规划。为加快工艺规划知识的积累和应用,开发了计算机辅助工艺规划(CAPP)工具。该工具通过识别层合板各层的最优铺放策略,协助工艺规划人员进行决策。本文扩展了现有的层合板厚度方向缺陷堆积分析框架,实现并评估了四种组合优化算法:遗传算法、差分进化算法、粒子群算法和贪心搜索算法。这些算法通过采用两个目标函数分析缺陷堆积,识别最优的层级铺放策略组合。通过在复杂工具表面进行数字案例研究,验证了各种方法的有效性。研究结果提供了一套系统化的方法论,用于比较不同的层合板级制造策略,并有效降低厚度方向的缺陷堆积。
