自动纤维铺放中条纹辊与纤维束滚动接触行为的建模与分析

辊子类型的选择和进给参数的设定对自动纤维铺放工艺至关重要,但相关研究尚不充分。本研究基于接触力学理论,结合傅里叶级数方法,建立了进给机制中不同条纹辊与纤维束之间接触行为的理论模型。采用激光多普勒测速仪(LDA)对模型有效性进行了验证。同时,提出了一种数值算法用于计算不同条纹辊与纤维束的接触行为。通过该算法获得了各种工艺参数条件下的接触行为规律,并分析了条纹几何特征对接触行为的影响规律。所建立的理论模型和数值算法为自动纤维铺放进给机制中辊子类型的选择和工艺参数的优化提供了理论支撑。
