建立了基于有限元法(FEM)的分析框架,用于研究含有可控间隙和搭接缺陷的自动纤维铺放(AFP)制造层板的力学响应。通过实际制件的显微照片获取波纹和压实后的铺层几何形态。虚拟试验采用多尺度连续渐进损伤失效模型(MCDM)进行,其中峰值前非线性响应基于多尺度微观力学公式,峰值后复合材料响应采用裂纹带法(CB)模型。有限元分析结果与实验结果对比表明,在失效模式和力学响应方面具有良好的一致性。该研究通过耦合微观几何缺陷与宏观力学性能,为AFP工艺优化和质量控制提供了有效的数值预测工具。
