自动化纤维铺放(AFP)工艺能够以高效率、高精度和低生产周期的特点,制造出大型且几何形状复杂的纤维增强复合材料结构。尽管AFP工艺具有出色的精度和可重复性,但在生产过程中仍不可避免地会产生制造缺陷。本综述全面总结并分类了AFP工艺中常见的典型制造缺陷。文中回顾了现有文献中评估此类制造缺陷影响的多种方法,并介绍了最新的科学研究进展,深入讨论了实验和基于仿真模拟的方法。在已识别出的十类缺陷中,间隙(gaps)和重叠(overlaps)是主要且普遍存在的缺陷类型。因此,本综述重点阐述了间隙和重叠缺陷的建模及其影响评估方法,并详细介绍了这些缺陷建模及其对复合材料力学性能影响评估的最新技术进展。最后,本文指出了当前研究中存在的空白以及尚待解决的关键问题。
