脉动成型玻纤增强复合材料钻孔参数对孔质量的影响:表面粗糙度、推力和分层因子

纤维增强复合材料(FRP)在多个领域得到广泛应用,但其可加工性较差,需要采用适当的机械加工方法。本研究对脉动成型工艺生产的玻纤增强复合材料(GFRP)进行钻孔加工,分别采用涂层和未涂层钻头,系统研究了表面粗糙度(SR)、分层因子(Fd)和推力等钻孔质量指标。通过微观分析钻孔过程中形成的切屑微观结构,揭示其对表面粗糙度的影响规律。试验选取三个不同的进给速度和切削速度作为加工参数。研究结果表明:进给速度对表面粗糙度、分层因子和推力的影响最为显著;随着切削速度的增加,表面粗糙度、推力和分层因子均呈下降趋势;与未涂层钻头相比,TiN涂层钻头获得了更优的加工效果。研究成果为GFRP复合材料的高质量钻孔加工提供了技术指导。
