聚丙烯高强度注射成型焊接工艺优化及界面结构分析

二次注射成型是聚合物零件连接的有效方法,焊接界面对零件整体性能起关键作用。本研究探讨了注射成型工艺参数对聚丙烯-聚丙烯(PP-PP)二次注射成型界面强度的影响,并分析了焊接界面结构。采用田口方法和信噪比(S/N)对PP-PP注射成型工艺参数进行了优化。最优工艺参数为:模具温度120°C、注射温度350°C、注射速度100 mm/s。界面拉伸强度达33.42 MPa,相当于基体材料拉伸强度的98.1%。在各参数中,模具温度对焊接界面强度的影响最大。其次,采用偏光显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)观察和分析了界面的晶体结构和断裂失效模式。结果表明,提高注射成型工艺参数促进了二次熔融界面处晶核形成和球晶生长,界面处球晶尺寸显著影响界面强度。本研究为其他聚合物和纤维增强复合材料的焊接提供了有价值的参考。
