网状能量导向体超声焊接热塑性复合材料接头的研究

本文提出了一种由碳纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRP)制成的网状能量导向体(ED)用于超声焊接。为了探索网状能量导向体的优势,将平面能量导向体和无能量导向体的接头质量作为参照。研究了网状能量导向体几何形状对焊接特性和接头质量的影响,包括接头截面微观结构、断裂形貌和最大剪切载荷。研究发现,网状和平面能量导向体都能加快焊接过程,这是由于焊接能量集中在预期焊接区域,避免了表面曲率引入的焊接边缘效应。同时,网状能量导向体接头的最大剪切载荷高于平面能量导向体,这是因为接触面积减小导致循环应变增大,超声焊接过程中熔融材料增多。然而,随着网状能量导向体厚度增加,焊接层中产生更多孔隙,导致粘结区域减小,最大剪切载荷下降。从接头断裂形貌分析发现,网状能量导向体在焊接层中引入碳纤维,断裂模式包括纤维-基体界面脱粘、纤维拔出以及聚合物断裂,证实了通过引入CFRP网状能量导向体改善接头质量的可行性。
