Review: Filament Winding and Automated Fiber Placement with In Situ Consolidation for Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic Polymer Composites

热塑性纤维增强复合材料因其固化周期短等优势,在多个工业领域获得广泛应用。纤维缠绕和自动铺纤等计算机辅助制造工艺传统上用于热固性复合材料的制造,现已被改进用于热塑性复合材料的原位固化工艺。本综述详细阐述了影响原位固化过程的关键因素,包括温度、压力、铺纤速度、加热功率等工艺参数对固化质量的影响机制。系统讨论了用于研究原位固化过程各方面的理论模型,包括热传导模型、界面粘合模型和残余应力预测模型等。汇总了前期研究中获得良好固化效果的工艺参数范围,为后续研究提供参考基准。通过优化自动化制造工艺中的原位固化条件,可进一步提高热塑性复合材料的层间强度、纤维体积含量和制品质量,加速其在航空航天、汽车和风能等领域的工程应用。
