织网能量导向体超声焊接热塑性复合材料:强度和吸湿热性能增强

在热塑性复合材料超声焊接中,基于热塑性薄膜的能量导向体(EDs)存在热生成效率低和焊接界面温度分布不均匀的问题,严重影响焊缝质量和接头强度。本研究针对这些局限性,提出了一种新型平纹织网能量导向体用于碳纤维增强PPS(CF/PPS)复合材料的超声焊接。基于单搭接剪切试验,系统研究了焊接振幅和位移对焊接过程和接头质量的影响。同时,还研究了焊接接头在吸湿热环境下的吸水行为、力学性能衰减及失效机制。结果表明,织网能量导向体中丝线交叉点和开放区域的均匀分布显著增强了其在超声振动下的变形能力,提高了热生成效率,使焊接界面温度分布更加均匀,从而获得了优异的焊缝质量。通过优化工艺参数,焊接接头的缺陷率低至1.1%,最大剪切强度达到32.6 MPa。在80°C、相对湿度95%的条件下老化12周后,接头强度保持不变,表现出卓越的吸湿热老化抵抗性。研究结果表明织网能量导向体具有克服传统膜型能量导向体局限性的潜力,能够显著提升超声焊接热塑性复合材料接头的性能和耐久性。
