本研究通过纤维多孔介质对微米级宽粒度分布颗粒的实验过滤,深入探讨了树脂传递模塑(RTM)工艺中的关键参数——颗粒填料浓度的空间演变规律。采用三种等级的陶瓷微颗粒悬浊液(分散于甘油/水混合液中)注入准单向纤维介质,系统研究了工艺参数的影响。通过改变悬浊液初始浓度、注射压力、纯液体粘度、纤维体积分数和颗粒粒径分布等因素进行了一系列实验。采用无损、简便、经济、快速的表征方法,在预成型体不同位置取样,通过密度测量获得浓度数据。研究了从进口到出口的粒度演变,推导出被截留颗粒的尺寸范围。实验结果表明:颗粒浓度随采样距离增加而降低;纤维含量和颗粒粒径分布是影响过滤行为的最主要因素。分析显示,较小颗粒主要沉积在纤维表面,中等至大颗粒则被阻挡在进口、输送至出口或在重力作用下沉降。该研究为RTM工艺中颗粒填料的运动机制和截留特性提供了重要的实验依据。
