本文系统综述了摩擦搅拌焊接(FSW)及其变体工艺在纤维增强热塑性复合材料(FRTP)接头中的应用潜力。重点介绍了FSW、摩擦搅拌点焊(FSSW)和补充式摩擦搅拌点焊(RFSSW)三种工艺的原理与特点。由于FSSW在FRTP复合材料接头中的应用尚未充分验证,文献综述主要聚焦于FSW和RFSSW工艺。对FSW工艺的研究表明:转速和焊接速度对热生成、材料混合质量和纤维断裂程度影响显著,而倾斜角的影响相对较小;通过调节轴向力和插入深度可有效减少内外部缺陷;螺纹或沟槽锥形搅拌针相比其他几何形状表现更优;静止肩部工具的性能优于传统工具。对于RFSSW工艺,虽然大多数焊接参数的深入结论尚需进一步研究,但其工艺可行性已得到验证。该综述为FRTP复合材料的高效连接提供了重要的工艺参考和发展方向。
