桥梁在地震救援中发挥重要作用,因此需要具有更高的抗震防护等级。1971年前建造的桥梁采用弹性设计法(容许应力法)设计,未考虑塑性、截面开裂和塑性变形的影响,导致抗震能力不足。地震时结构经历的实际工况会导致桥面板因支撑面丧失而坠落等严重后果。当主梁出现大量弯曲和剪切裂缝时,需要进行桥梁加固。本研究针对钢I梁桥面板设计,采用乙烯基酯树脂与FRP纤维复合材料进行加固,系统研究了FRP型材几何形状对桥梁性能的影响。所提出的规格参数经过优化,以获得持久的形状和截面性能,特别适用于拉挤成型工艺。FRP材料具有质量轻、耐腐蚀、高拉伸强度等优势,可提供多层工厂预制板材或干纤维布等多种形式,可在添加树脂前缠绕在各种结构形式上。相比传统加固方法,FRP型材能显著防止腐蚀损伤。FRP材料的耐久性和高拉伸强度是其主要优点,但其长期性能和耐久性需要进一步深入研究。
