近年来材料科学的进展突出了复合材料,特别是聚合物基复合材料的应用日益增加,这类材料以其优异的抗拉强度和轻质特性而著称。复合材料中的纤维结构设计及其在聚合物基体中的战略性排列对最终复合材料性能的改进至关重要。本综述系统地阐述了纤维增强复合材料(FRP)的多种属性,包括制造工艺、力学性能和应用领域。文章讨论了天然纤维和人工纤维在FRP复合材料开发中的作用,并指出量子点(QDs)作为新兴研究方向在改善FRP复合材料性能方面的潜力。重点分析了不同纤维织物结构和纤维取向对FRP构件整体性能和应用效果的影响。通过汇总和分析当前研究成果,本文旨在阐明FRP复合材料的复杂特性,并预测其发展和应用趋势。最后,综述了增材制造技术在FRP复合材料开发中的重要作用。
