纤维增强复合材料(FRP)桥梁的维护与检测方法:综述

纤维增强复合材料(FRP)由高强度连续纤维和树脂基体组成,其中纤维嵌入树脂基质中。随着FRP生产技术的进步,FRP相比混凝土和钢铁等传统建筑材料具有诸多不可比拟的优势,在混凝土结构的加固和改造中发挥重要作用。FRP桥梁已广泛应用于高速公路、铁路和城市街道的立交桥中。然而,由于长期静载和动载作用,FRP桥梁不可避免地会产生损伤。桥梁的健康状态至关重要。本文综述了FRP桥梁结构的维护与检测方法,分析了各种方法的优势、不足和成本。研究结果表明,应采用两类方法的顺序组合:首先采用目视检测、敲击法和拖链法等简易方法判断潜在损伤,其次采用射线检测、模态分析和荷载试验等方法确定损伤模式和程度。FRP的应用远超桥梁的改造、加固和新建范畴,这些检测维护方法应能有效应用于其他FRP结构的维护和检测。
