三维打印(3DP)技术作为材料制造工艺的颠覆性创新,具有设计灵活性高的特点。特别是利用纳米纤维、微纤维、短切纤维和连续纤维对塑料基体进行增强,使该技术在多维应用领域的潜力得到充分挖掘。本文对商用3D打印机采用的纤维和聚合物长丝进行了表征分析,揭示了纤维-聚合物分布和纤维体积分数等未知的制造工艺参数,这些参数对复合材料性能的确定和调控以及应用选择具有重要的实际意义。同时,本文讨论了3D打印软件在材料处理和打印参数控制方面的能力与局限性,重点关注其对打印质量、结构完整性和打印复合材料性能的影响。本研究旨在对现有技术进行建设性评估和批判性分析,阐述其优缺点,为潜在用户和3D打印设备制造商提供改进指导,同时识别下一代纤维增强3D打印复合材料的发展方向。
