本研究探究了红外(IR)辅助自动铺纤(AFP)工艺参数对碳纤维增强热塑性复合材料力学性能的影响,以制造无缺陷结构。分析了工艺参数对碳纤维-聚碳酸酯(CF/PC)可加工性的影响。采用结构化试验设计方法,研究了压实力和工具温度对所制造CF/PC件弯曲强度和搭接剪切强度的影响。利用数字显微镜分析了断口形貌和层间粘结性能。此外,CF/PC层板成功铺放在旋转的3D打印聚醚酰亚胺圆筒形模具上。本研究首次展示了红外辅助AFP工艺制造CF/PC层板的能力,其力学性能得到显著改善,证明了该工艺在半结构应用领域的应用潜力。
