基于挤出式机制的三维打印方法采用喷嘴内浸渍机制,已广泛应用于连续纤维复合材料制造。本研究提出了一种创新的嵌入式三维打印技术,有效解决了现有方法存在的关键问题。该技术采用沉积喷嘴在树脂下方精确铺放连续纤维,激光束照射树脂表面,同时对纤维束周围的树脂进行固化。该打印方法在制造高质量复合材料样品方面表现出显著优势,实现了纤维高度对齐、孔隙率最小化和优异的力学性能。更重要的是,该方法引入了现代复合材料制造中高度需求但现有技术无法实现的多项功能:纤维体积分数的动态控制、打印过程中基体材料的可变性。此外,该技术可实现沿曲线路径的细丝打印,以及无需支撑材料的悬挑细丝打印以形成空心结构。所开发的打印方法与多种商用树脂基体和增强纤维具有良好的适配性。该技术有望成为制造具有多样化结构或多功能应用热固性复合材料的重要方法。
