等离子体处理对碳纤维及其增强树脂复合材料性能的影响

本研究采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺,研究了等离子体处理对碳纤维润湿性的影响,并系统调查了等离子体处理对碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)力学性能的影响,包括层间剪切强度和拉伸性能。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对碳纤维表面化学成分进行了分析。结果表明,低温等离子体处理对碳纤维表面形貌影响较小,但改变了碳纤维的化学表面状态,显著增强了碳纤维的润湿性,树脂浸润速度提高了2倍以上。纤维润湿性的改善对VARTM工艺制备CFRP复合材料具有重要意义。与未处理碳纤维相比,等离子体处理导致CFRP复合材料拉伸性能有可接受的下降,但层间剪切强度显著提高。低温等离子体处理在CFRP复合材料的有效制备和应用中发挥了重要作用。
