碳纳米管/玻纤混杂复合材料层间断裂韧性研究——电喷雾沉积法制备

采用电喷雾沉积(ESD)技术将碳纳米管(CNTs)均匀沉积在玻璃纤维(GF)表面。通过场发射扫描电子显微镜观察了混杂CNTs-GF的形貌,结果表明碳纳米管在玻璃纤维表面分布均匀且均质。以GF和混杂CNTs-GF为增强体,采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺制备层板复合材料。采用双悬臂梁(DCB)试验方法测定Ⅰ型层间断裂韧性。结果表明,混杂CNTs-GF复合材料相比对照样品的断裂韧性提高了34%。通过断口形貌分析阐明了层间断裂韧性增强机制,观察到裂纹扩展路径上存在纤维桥接、粘聚破坏、内聚破坏、锯齿纹和粗糙基体表面等特征,这些因素共同促进了复合材料层间韧性的提升。
