开发了机器人自动铺放(R-AFP)技术用于制造复合材料层板,通过铺放由12K高强度碳纤维浸渍环氧树脂体系制得的碳纤维热固性预浸带。为避免铺放诱发缺陷,采用热成像扫描技术对R-AFP工艺进行在线质量监测。热分析证明是一种有效且快速的方法,可实时检测铺放过程中产生的沉积缺陷。R-AFP工艺通过压实辊施加恒定压力进行,研究了不同压力值的影响。研究了树脂质量分数和压实压力对十字铺层层板R-AFP过程中沉积头施加的力学性能的影响。观察到随着压实辊压力降低,拉伸强度降低,弹性模量增加;随着树脂含量增加,极限拉伸强度和弹性模量均下降。最后,采用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜研究了拉伸试样表面断裂的三维形貌。研究结果表明,压实压力和树脂含量是影响R-AFP工艺制备层板力学性能的关键工艺参数,优化这些参数对提高复合材料层板质量具有重要意义。
