碳纤维增强热塑性复合材料与金属异种接头激光焊接工艺及强度增强研究进展

碳纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRTP)与金属混杂结构在飞机轻量化制造中应用广泛。然而,CFRTP与金属在物理化学性质上存在显著差异,采用传统连接方法难以获得高质量接头。激光焊接因其独特的热源特性和精准的能量控制,在CFRTP-金属异种接头连接中具有良好的应用前景。近年来,CFRTP-金属激光接头的连接机制、工艺优化、强度提升和缺陷控制等方面取得了重要研究进展。本文从三个主要方面系统总结了CFRTP-金属激光焊接的研究现状:(1)理论建模与仿真分析,包括温度场、应力场和相变过程的数值模拟;(2)工艺探索与参数优化,涵盖激光功率、焊接速度、光斑直径等关键工艺参数对接头质量的影响规律;(3)接头性能改善与工艺创新,包括界面强化机制、缺陷抑制策略和新型焊接工艺的开发。同时,分析了该技术在实际应用中仍存在的主要问题与挑战,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。
