摘要整理
活性酯(Vitrimer)在碳纤维复合材料中的应用能够有效提高复合材料的疲劳抗力,延长其服役寿命。本文综述了碳纤维增强玻璃态聚合物(活性酯)复合材料的特性、合成方法及应用研究现状。阐述了基于不同键交换反应机制的多种活性酯类型及其力学性能和自修复性能。深入分析了碳纤维复合材料的疲劳失效机制,阐明了活性酯材料在抑制疲劳裂纹扩展和增强复合材料结构强度方面的潜力。基于活性酯材料的先进性能和发展趋势,展望了该材料在碳纤维复合材料及其他领域的广泛应用前景。活性酯通过动态共价键交换机制实现了传统热固性复合材料的可重塑性和可修复性,同时保持了优异的力学性能和热稳定性,为高性能复合材料的可持续发展提供了新的解决方案。
