碳纤维增强复合材料管材钻削加工综合实验分析及与板材的对比研究

碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)广泛应用于航空航天和汽车等领域,可采用多种工艺方法制造。管状复合材料主要采用缠绕成型和卷绕成型工艺,而复合材料板材通常采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)或真空袋压工艺。不同制造工艺生产的材料在可加工性方面表现出不同的特性。本研究对缠绕成型和卷绕成型CFRP管材的钻削加工性能进行了系统实验研究,并与真空袋压工艺制造的CFRP板材进行了对比分析。实验结果表明:复合材料板材在钻削过程中产生的推力和损伤大于管材,其可加工性相对较差;缠绕成型管材相比卷绕成型管材产生更大的推力和损伤。在管材钻削中采用支撑虽然不能降低推力,但能显著改善钻削诱发的分层损伤。与管材相比,板材获得更好的孔壁表面质量,但产生更多的粉末状切屑。研究结果为CFRP不同工艺制品的钻削加工工艺优化提供了参考依据。
