复合材料消耗量呈爆炸式增长,在航空航天、汽车、船舶和国防等众多工业领域的应用预期将大幅增加。然而,大多数复合材料产品在使用或装配前需要进一步加工处理。由于复合材料具有各向异性和非均质结构特征,其加工极为困难。本文对复合材料及其加工工艺(包括车削、铣削和钻削)的相关文献进行了全面综述,并讨论了这些工艺产生的损伤问题。论文分为七个主要部分:第一、二、三部分分别对复合材料、复合材料增强体和复合材料制造方法进行了简要概述;第四部分阐述了后处理加工操作;第五、六、七部分分别针对碳纤维增强复合材料、玻纤增强复合材料和天然纤维增强复合材料的加工工艺进行了深入讨论。论文还分析了影响加工工艺的各种因素和这些材料的可加工性评价标准,重点关注切削力、刀具磨损、分层和表面质量等关键指标。本综述不涉及非传统制造方法。
