本研究旨在确定碳纤维–聚酯复合材料拉挤成型的最优工艺条件。通过评估纤维含量、固化时间和固化温度对力学性能的影响,系统分析了拉挤工艺参数。研究结果表明:随着纤维含量、固化温度和固化时间的增加,拉伸强度特性不断改善。但当纤维含量超过70%时,由于层间分离和气孔等内部缺陷的出现,拉伸强度不再提高。通过断裂模式分析了固化温度和固化时间的影响规律,在拉伸试样中观察到了固化不足导致的断裂特征。利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)确认了加热速率对聚酯固化反应的影响。最终确定了碳纤维–聚酯复合材料拉挤成型的最优工艺条件。
