碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料阻力焊接强度改善的经济型表面处理技术
An economical surface treatment for improving resistance welding strength of carbon fiber/epoxy composites

本研究提出了一种酸蚀刻表面处理技术,用于处理碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料(CF/EP)的表面,以改善其物理化学性能,实现与热塑性树脂的良好粘合和CF/EP的高质量阻力焊接。研究表明,在50°C浓硫酸中处理CF/EP表面45分钟,可显著提高CF/EP焊接接头的单搭接剪切强度(LSS)至21.47±1.2 MPa,比未处理样品的LSS提高163.11%±14%。本文提出的酸蚀刻表面处理技术成本低廉、操作简便、易于复制,兼具创新性、可行性和经济性。通过分析表面处理样品的表面形貌、润湿性和化学基团,可以看出在适当温度和合理时间下进行酸蚀刻处理,能够增加CF/EP表面粗糙度,在CF/EP表面引入含氧化学基团,增强CF/EP表面的润湿性,从而改善CF/EP表面的物理嵌入和化学键合能力。
