碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料超声波焊接工艺优化:尼龙基或聚醚砜热塑性中间层的应用

本研究旨在通过优化工艺参数,特别是超声波焊头压力和超声波作用时间,研究碳纤维增强热固性复合材料的超声波焊接工艺。采用静电纺丝工艺制备的聚醚砜(PES)或尼龙纤维网布作为热塑性中间层,将其插入复合材料层板外层,实现接头连接。通过单搭接剪切试验评估接头的力学性能并分析失效机制。研究结果表明热塑性中间层对接头性能具有显著影响:聚醚砜中间层使接头力学性能相对较低且稳定性较好,而尼龙中间层则能提供更高的接头强度。两种中间层的接头均展现出良好的应用前景,特别是在体育汽车领域中,该工艺能够实现快速、可靠的零部件焊接,满足高效生产需求。
