石墨烯纳米片填充对天然纤维增强聚合物复合材料力学性能的影响
Effect of graphene nanoplatelet filling on mechanical properties of natural fiber reinforced polymer composites

本研究调查了不同比例石墨烯纳米片(GNPs)填充对平纹织物黄麻-环氧复合材料力学性能的影响。观测了未填充环氧树脂及含0.5、1和2 wt.-%石墨烯纳米片填充环氧树脂的粘度和温度随时间的变化规律。采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺,在相同的等待和加工时间条件下制备了黄麻织物增强的未填充、0.5 wt.-%GNPs填充和1 wt.-%GNPs填充环氧复合材料板。按照ASTM D 3039和ASTM D 790标准分别进行了拉伸和弯曲试验。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对拉伸破坏区域进行了显微观察和评估。结果表明,随着复合材料中填充量的增加,纤维与基体之间的间隙增大,界面粘结性能下降。力学性能测试结果表明,与未填充复合材料相比,在0.5 wt.-%和1 wt.-%石墨烯纳米片负载条件下,复合材料的拉伸和弯曲性能均有所降低。
