石墨烯纳米复合材料:工艺、性能及应用综述

本文综述了石墨烯、石墨烯/基体和石墨烯/纤维纳米复合材料的制备工艺、性能及应用。在石墨烯合成方面,液相剥离和化学气相沉积等多种制备技术已得到开发。在石墨烯/基体和石墨烯/纤维复合材料的制造工艺方面,原位聚合、纳米缝合技术(通过碳纳管缝合实现单层石墨烯纳米片的互连)、树脂传递模塑(RTM)和真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)等工艺已被广泛应用。综述总结了石墨烯纳米片材料的力学性能、热性能和电学性能。研究表明,石墨烯、石墨烯/基体和石墨烯/纤维纳米复合材料具有优异的力学、热学和电学性能,在软体机器人、微电子、储能、生物医学与生物传感器以及纺织工业等先进工程应用领域展现出巨大潜力。
