真空辅助树脂注入工艺中泡沫芯夹层扰流板的树脂流动分析

本文针对真空辅助树脂注入(VARI)工艺制造泡沫芯夹层扰流板进行了数值分析和实验研究。为了找到既能保证纤维预制体充分浸润又符合工艺窗口要求的注入方案,采用有限元模型(FEM)分析了不同注入方案对树脂流动前沿形态的影响规律。基于数值分析结果,选择两个最优注入方案用于扰流板结构的成型。实验结果表明,采用厚端注入、薄端排气的方案能获得最佳的成型质量。数值模拟与实验结果的对比显示,数值分析对树脂充模时间的预测偏差为15.9%,验证了该方法的可靠性。研究成果为VARI工艺在复杂夹层结构件上的应用提供了重要的工艺指导。
