真空辅助树脂传递模塑法制备三层多向层板复合材料在拉伸载荷下的性能评估

层板复合材料因其成本效益和生产效率高而成为重要研究领域。纤维增强层板复合材料因其优异的比强度而被广泛应用。这类复合材料通常采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺制造。在层板复合材料中,性能高度依赖于层板的铺层方向及其与环氧树脂基体的粘合质量。本研究采用VARTM工艺制备玻纤层板复合材料,使用三层玻璃纤维层板,铺层方向分别为0°、45°和90°,并用环氧树脂在真空辅助下浸渍。将该多向铺层复合材料的性能与0°/45°平行铺层复合材料进行对比。制造工艺包括复合材料片材24 h固化,随后按照标准D3039切割拉伸试样。结果表明,所有层板均沿加载方向0°铺设的试样抗拉强度最高,达253 MPa;而45°铺层试样抗拉强度最低,为69 MPa,但伸长率最高,应变达0.22 mm/mm。研究结果表明多向铺层设计能够有效调控复合材料的力学性能,在工程应用中具有重要意义。
