防弹背心作为军事人员的防护装备,通常采用合成纤维增强复合材料。Kevlar纤维和碳纤维增强复合材料具有优异的抗弹道穿透性能和轻质特性,但合成纤维的生产成本较高。天然纤维作为替代材料具有巨大潜力,因其来源丰富、密度低、成本低廉。蛇皮棕纤维是一种具有应用前景的天然纤维。本研究采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺,重点研究在Kevlar纤维/碳纤维增强环氧复合材料中添加蛇皮棕纤维对其性能的影响,并以SiC和Al₂O₃作为填料。设计了4种不同纤维和填料体积分数的配置方案。扫描电镜(SEM)观察表明基体与增强体结合良好。弹道冲击试验结果显示所有样品均能有效阻止子弹穿透。力学性能测试表明,目前添加蛇皮棕纤维对复合材料的力学性能改善不显著,但为后续优化工艺参数和纤维处理方法提供了实验基础。
