本研究开发了一个无缝集成的建模平台,用于纤维增强复合材料结构的制造、设计和分析。采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺,以有限元法进行结构分析。通过将Moldex3D和ABAQUS两个商业软件与额外的接口和基于物理的微观力学相结合,将制造过程中的工艺变异性直接嵌入结构分析中。制造过程输出的树脂压力用于预测压实压力并计算局部纤维体积分数。预测得到的非均匀纤维体积分数提供局部力学性能,实现工艺效应和性能变异性向最终结构分析的无缝传递。以三个演示件为例进行仿真模拟和实验验证,涵盖制造工艺和结构性能两个方面。结果表明,仿真与实验在树脂流动时间和测量值方面具有很好的一致性(误差在17%以内),演示件的结构刚度也相符(误差在15%以内),验证了该集成建模平台的有效性。
