液体复合材料模塑(LCM)工艺,特别是真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM),能够实现复合材料层板的快速、高质量生产。在VARTM工艺中,仿真工具对预测和解决复合材料制造问题具有重要意义。制件质量主要取决于VARTM工艺的树脂模具填充阶段。在树脂填充阶段,树脂渗透到多孔纤维介质中。渗透率在树脂填充过程中起着关键作用。本研究重点讨论了多注入口树脂注入的仿真分析。通过模拟各种注入方案以确定无缺陷复合材料的制造工艺。仿真方法应用于五种不同铺层序列的增强材料。在该瞬态仿真研究中,渗透率和树脂粘度是树脂流动的关键输入参数。研究结果表明,浇口方案对模具填充时间和无缺陷复合材料制造起着至关重要的作用。线性浇口系统相比点浇口系统能够实现更快的模具填充速度。
