本研究针对树脂传递模塑(RTM)过程中由于流动前沿不规则流动导致的气孔形成问题进行了系统分析,并提出了一种实用的气孔缺陷控制方法。开发了一套传感器系统,用于原位测量密闭型腔内树脂流动速度。基于采集的实时数据,对树脂注射系统进行了改进,使其能够自动调节注射压力,实现流动前沿速度均匀分布。研究证明,所开发的系统能够有效监测树脂流动前沿,并充分控制线性流动前沿的流动速度。采用该方法制备的试样与传统RTM工艺相比,气孔含量显著降低,验证了该控制方法的有效性。该研究为RTM工艺的质量控制和性能优化提供了新的技术手段。
