纳米医学旨在开发新型聚合物复合材料以克服当前疾病诊断和治疗中的难题,尤其是癌症治疗。为实现这一目标,聚合物复合材料研究领域的学科交叉合作日益深化。生物活性石墨烯量子点(GQD)基聚合物复合材料的合成与应用已成为医学和生物医学研究的重点。生物活性GQD是碳基纳米材料家族中的新兴成员,在药物递送载体领域具有特殊作用。生物活性GQD已被证实具有抗菌和抗糖尿病潜力。由于其高度特异的表面性质、π-π堆积作用和疏水相互作用,生物活性GQD基聚合物复合材料具有高药物负载能力,经过适当修饰后可作为抗癌药物释放、基因载体、生物传感、生物成像、抗菌应用、细胞培养和组织工程的优选方案。本文综述了生物活性GQD基聚合物复合材料在药物递送、基因递送、热疗、热力学疗法、生物成像、组织工程等领域的最新进展,同时阐述了GQD的生物活性合成方法和绿色复苏技术,以及GQD基聚合物复合材料的相关研究进展。
