玻纤织物/PP复合材料管材拉挤成型工艺的设计、仿真与实验研究

为满足织物增强热塑性复合材料管材的快速制造需求,本文提出了一种将热冲压与拉挤成型相结合的新型管材制造工艺。该工艺包括四个步骤:材料送进、热冲压、拉挤和超声波焊接。采用ABAQUS有限元仿真软件对整个成型过程进行分析,确定最优工艺参数。分析了复合材料在送料、热冲压和拉挤过程中的应力分布,并采用Hoffman失效准则验证了成型工艺的可行性。此外,分析了焊接过程中预浸料在焊接区域的Mises应力分布,结果表明对管材表面质量影响极小。仿真结果证实所提出的拉挤工艺能够生产出表面质量优异的复合材料管材。搭建了包括成型模具、过渡模具、定型模具、超声波焊接装置、测力仪和电动拉动装置的拉挤成型样机系统。在不同加工温度和拉挤速度条件下进行了管材制造实验。实验结果表明,复合材料管材的表面质量和最大拉挤力受加工温度和拉挤速度的显著影响。该研究为织物增强热塑性复合材料管材的高效制造提供了重要参考。
