玻纤片层压对拉挤玻纤增强复合材料单螺栓连接强度的影响

本研究通过实验和有限元分析相结合的方法,系统研究了玻纤片(GFS)层压对拉挤玻纤增强复合材料(PGFRP)单螺栓销孔承压连接强度的影响。实验采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VaRTM)工艺制备了9种玻纤片层压结构,并将其粘结到PGFRP构件表面。研究考察了4种不同的螺栓孔距与螺栓直径比(e/d),范围为3~6。结果表明,所有类型的玻纤片层压均能显著提高PGFRP连接的极限承载力。当e/d值较小时,加强效果更为显著。其中,外层0°/90°玻纤片对中等e/d值的PGFRP连接提供了最优的加强性能。研究证明有限元分析(FEA)是预测玻纤片加强PGFRP连接失效荷载的有效方法。
