本研究针对由玻纤增强的原生聚丙烯预固结带材的拉挤成型工艺进行了环保评估。采用专门设计的实验室规模拉挤生产线,包括加热/成型模具、冷却模具和牵引系统三个阶段。采用摇篮到厂门法(cradle-to-gate)对拉挤复合材料的生产过程进行生命周期评估(LCA),评估对象为截面积100 mm²、长度1 m的拉挤制品。采用LCA for Experts(Sphera)软件中的CML 2016方法进行分析。研究数据主要来自拉挤过程中的传感器实测数据和文献资料。在两种工艺条件下计算了比能耗(SEC):v120工况为1.41 MJ/m,v180工况为0.905 MJ/m。尽管拉挤制品存在缺陷,但其层间剪切强度仍显著,在120 mm/min牵引速度下为83.7±9.6 MPa,而180 mm/min牵引速度下为63.5±17.3 MPa。研究结果表明,通过优化工艺参数可以在降低能耗的同时维持制品的力学性能。
