玻纤增强复合材料抗拉强度对比研究:手工铺层法与真空辅助树脂注入法

复合材料的物理和力学性能受多种因素影响,其中制造工艺和材料组成是关键因素。增强材料和基体树脂的抗拉强度越高,所制备的复合材料抗拉强度也越高。本研究对比了两种制造工艺对玻纤增强复合材料性能的影响:手工铺层法(wet hand lay-up)和真空辅助树脂注入法(VARI)。研究采用市场上最经济易得的材料——短切纤维毡(chopped strand mat)作为增强体。试验结果表明,手工铺层法制备的复合材料抗拉强度为2.22 MPa,而真空辅助树脂注入法制备的复合材料抗拉强度达到55.54 MPa,强度提升约24倍。手工铺层法抗拉强度较低的主要原因是制造过程中滚筒双向运动产生的高孔隙率(void fraction)。研究表明,采用真空辅助树脂注入法可显著提升复合材料的抗拉强度,但手工铺层法制备的复合材料具有更高的伸长率。该研究为中小型复合材料制品企业的工艺选择提供了重要参考依据,有助于企业在强度和成本之间进行合理权衡。
