玻纤/碳纤增强环氧树脂纯、层间和局部嵌入层内混杂复合材料拉伸性能评估
Evaluation of tensile properties on glass/carbon fiber epoxy pure, interply, and locally nested intraply hybrid composites

本研究采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺制备了纯玻纤/环氧、纯碳纤/环氧、层间混杂和局部嵌入层内混杂复合材料试样,并对其拉伸性能进行了系统研究。结果表明,层间混杂复合材料的拉伸强度约为603 MPa,接近玻纤和碳纤增强复合材料强度的平均值。而局部嵌入层内混杂复合材料由于纤维结构的不连续性,拉伸强度比纯玻纤/环氧复合材料低17%。纤维体积分数和孔隙率分别约为62%和1.45%。研究表明,在拉伸强度为主要考量因素的应用中,纯复合材料或层间混杂复合材料更为适用;而在需要单一结构内不同区域具有不同性能的特殊应用中,可采用局部嵌入层内混杂复合材料。有限元分析(FEA)结果与纯复合材料和层间混杂复合材料的拉伸试验结果吻合良好,但由于纤维不连续性,层内混杂复合材料的偏差明显增大。纯碳纤/环氧复合材料的数值和实验结果通过解析解进行了验证。
