熔接线对玻纤填充热塑性复合材料拉伸性能的影响

注射成型过程中,当两个熔体流动前沿相遇时会形成熔接线。熔接线是复合材料中的薄弱区域,会显著降低零件的局部强度。对于多浇口和复杂结构零件,熔接线的形成不可避免,因此需要准确预测其对力学性能的影响。本研究系统评估了熔接线对玻纤增强聚酰胺-6(PA6)复合材料拉伸性能的影响。基于模流分析软件的预测结果,设计并制造了注射成型试样模具。浇口系统设计使两个熔体流动前沿的夹角最小化,理论上在熔接线位置产生最低强度。采用BASF公司Ultramid B3WG6级材料(玻纤含量30%)进行成型,该材料是应用广泛的工程塑料。从成型试样的不同角度位置切取试样,按ISO 527-2标准进行拉伸测试、拉伸模量和应力-应变行为评估。研究结果表明熔接线显著影响零件的拉伸性能。含有熔接线的试样拉伸模量降低约58%,断裂应力值降低约49%,相比无熔接线试样性能明显下降。研究成果为多浇口注射成型零件的设计优化和质量控制提供了重要参考。
