热塑性复合材料静态与连续超声焊接的差异与相似性研究

连续超声焊接是一种高效、节能的热塑性复合材料结构连接方法,具有高速焊接的优势。本研究旨在识别和理解热塑性复合材料静态超声焊接与连续超声焊接工艺的差异与相似性。重点研究了界面熔融、功率消耗、能量密度、焊接界面温度演变以及两种工艺的最优焊接条件。研究涵盖了三组焊接力和振幅组合的参数配置,这些参数已被证实对两种焊接工艺均有显著影响。研究结果表明:在连续焊接过程中,声极下方未焊接区域面积保持恒定;而在静态焊接过程中,未焊接区域面积逐渐减少至零。此外,两种工艺的最优振动时间和焊接速度具有相似性。该研究为热塑性复合材料超声焊接工艺的优化和应用提供了重要的理论基础和实验依据。
