本文采用有限差分法建立了自动铺纤(AFP)工艺中热气枪加热热塑性复合材料的二维瞬态传热模型。模型考虑了复合材料周围热气/空气温度和对流换热系数的非线性分布,这对提高模型精度至关重要。该研究不仅关注复合材料最高温度的准确预测,更重要的是复合材料层板内的温度梯度分布。这些温度梯度对AFP工艺制造的热塑性层板中残余应力的产生和变形发展具有重要影响。模型还考虑了材料性能的温度依赖性和层间热接触阻力。通过对比实验结果与理论计算结果,验证了上述因素对模型精度的显著提升作用,为AFP工艺的温度场控制和工艺优化提供了理论基础。
