网格加筋板因其显著的减重潜力而成为研究热点。本文提出了一种新型制造方法,采用自动纤维铺放(AFP)技术与原位固化工艺制造由蒙皮和网格结构组成的热塑性复合材料。该方法有效改善了十字形结构中心区域的平整度,这是关键工艺环节,因为该区域因材料重叠而产生的任何不规则性都会对结构的力学性能造成负面影响。制造的结构经过5点弯曲测试,以评估其力学性能和失效行为。该研究通过原位固化技术的应用,实现了热塑性复合材料网格加筋板的高效制造,为航空航天等轻量化结构设计提供了新的技术方案。
