感应热焊接方法因其高效性已被广泛应用于金属加工领域。近年来,该加热方法已成为处理高速纤维增强热塑性复合材料的重要手段,具有广泛的工程应用前景。本研究系统阐述了热塑性复合材料感应焊接工艺的基本原理与实现方法。研究的主要目标是阐明感应焊接过程的本质特征,并梳理相关研究进展。重点关注感应加热过程中的热生成动力学机制,以及控制焊接工艺的关键参数,包括频率、功率、应力和驻留时间等。通过系统的实验方法学研究,建立了完整的实验装置体系,为热塑性复合材料感应焊接技术的工程应用奠定了基础。
