热塑性复合材料导电焊接接头的试验与数值评估

通过焊接连接两个热塑性复合材料部件是降低装配件重量和成本、实现未来航空结构高效制造的关键技术。然而,对焊接接头失效机制的试验认识不足,现有用于热固性复合材料仿真的计算工具尚未完全适用于热塑性材料。本研究对导电焊接热塑性复合材料接头的强度和失效行为进行了试验与数值评估。设计、制造并测试了焊接单搭接剪切接头,采用两种不同的建模方法进行分析。简化建模策略仅考虑焊接区域的损伤,而高保真模型可在层板级别考虑物理失效机制。高保真建模方法能够高精度预测焊接接头的试验失效模式,并用于深入分析影响热塑性焊接接头强度的关键变量。研究发现,接头强度不仅受焊接界面的失效机制影响,还受周围层板失效机制的显著影响。
