热塑性复合材料及其在复合材料结构连接和修复中的应用前景:综述
Thermoplastic Composites and Their Promising Applications in Joining and Repair Composites Structures: A Review

热固性纤维增强复合材料虽然在当前结构应用中应用广泛,但其修复程序复杂,且由于回收困难会产生大量废料,不符合最新的环保限制要求。采用热塑性基体相可以克服这些缺点,热塑性复合材料可通过局部熔融进行连接和修复,使复合材料完全可回收。本综述系统阐述了适用于热塑性复合材料的连接方法及其在结构元件修复中的应用潜力。通过对文献中可获得的接头强度和韧性数据进行对比研究,评估了多种粘接和熔融粘结技术对不同热塑性复合材料体系的有效性。重点关注三种最具应用前景的熔融粘结技术:电阻焊、感应焊和超声焊。讨论了各工艺的优缺点及其对特定结构应用的适用性,并指出了各焊接技术存在的不一致问题,提出了相应建议。此外,还汇编了各熔融粘结工艺的热生成机制和瞬态传热模型的解析模型,以促进其在数值模拟中的应用。
